• Please note that e-bikes can not be transported in or on your car – please talk to us about transport options should they be required.
• For 24 hour hire or longer, the hired bike must be stored safely inside overnight. Or for your convenience return the bike overnight to our store within our opening hours and pick up again the following day to complete your hire. It’s safer and we make sure the bike charged up and clean for your next day!

Cruise ship passengers

Bikes will be ready for you at the store opening time, which on a cruise ship day is as early as the ship arrival.
