IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Start – Bus departs our store at 10.30am
- Return Shuttle – at 4pm from Te Awanga Estate
- Our e-bikes come in XXS-XL sizes, minimum height is 140cm.
- Below 18 years old must be accompanied by a guardian
- Child pricing – 16 years of age or younger on regular bike.
Self guided with transport included, this is the perfect tour for those whose two loves are wine and scenic, easy riding.
We will take you and your bike to Black Barn Winery and from there a short ride with stunning views of Te Mata Peak will see you making your way down the Tukituki River. Visit another cellar door nearby before a gorgeous cycle along the riverbank to the coast. Haumoana and Te Awanga villages will welcome you with cafes (one of which offers wine tasting too) and 3 more wineries. Return to Napier by our shuttle bus leaving from Te Awanga Estate at 4pm.
If you wish to have lunch at one of the wineries, we recommend making a booking (essential on weekends) as they are very popular. Please get in touch with us if you would like help planning times.

Cruise ship passengers
Start time is indicative only, bikes will be ready for you at the store opening time, which on a cruise ship day is as early as the ship arrival. Return shuttle will be advised on the day to suit your departure time. We’ll make sure you will be back comfortably on time.
